A healthy item bank has extensive impact on an assessment program. Healthy item banks ensure better security of content, longer shelf-life for each item, and higher integrity for your assessment scores. Unfortunately, ongoing evaluation and maintenance of healthy item banks is sometimes more difficult for organizations than developing new content (simply based on available time and resources). This session will review the tools and processes that can help clients maintain healthy item banks for their programs.

Please join Test Development experts for a panel-based discussion on four key aspects of maintaining a Healthy Item Bank.

We will dive into:

  • Using statistics to monitor bank health
  • DEI & B Reviews
  • Impact consideration of security and international delivery on your item bank
  • How to enhance your item bank using innovation (AI, pretesting, etc)

We plan on 20 minutes per topic. Each 20-minute session will start with a brief overview explanation by our experts followed by Q&A. So, bring your questions and we look forward to a robust discussion!
