The CNG meetings connect certification professionals with challenges to certification professionals and vendors with solutions. They provide not only best practices, but also new and effective ways to develop and administer certification programs.
Networking at CNG
The certification profession is a small but mighty group. Often the certification department is a one-person team. So how do you meet and share information with this small community? Join the Certification Network Group!
CNG was established as a place for certification professionals to meet and network with each other, sharing their experiences, offering advice, and learning from professionals at the pinnacle of their certification career.
We meet eight times a year: four times in Chicago and four times in Washington, DC. Our meetings start with time to meet and chat with those who do the same thing you do! This networking time is followed by a presentation or round-table discussion on matters important to or emerging in the certification business.
But how exactly should you approach these meetings and get to know others in this small-knit community? Members of the CNG Board offer these Networking Tips.
